CGHA is a small housing association providing quality housing for older persons who have a local connection with Chichester. We are passionate about enabling our residents to live their lives as independently as possible, providing opportunities for a healthy lifestyle, social engagement and interaction.
We are looking to grow our small team by appointing a part time Housing Administrator. Our ideal candidate will have experience of working in a business support/administrator role and be comfortable working with minimal supervision.
You will have responsibility for providing a comprehensive and high-quality administration service to a small team and will be one of the first points of contact for our residents. Day to day tasks will include ensuring correct documentation is in place for our contractors, updating and maintaining records to evidence compliance with health & Safety policies, legislation and consumer regulation and monitoring customer satisfaction.
Our ideal candidate will have strong IT skills, including Excel, a strong customer focus, excellent written and oral skills and ideally will possess good social media skills to enable us to communicate proactively with our residents.
